These Terms govern your access to and use of the CaaS platform, AI characters, immersive operating layers, and all associated services. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Characters as a Service ("CaaS") platform, its AI characters, immersive operating layers, digital art systems, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Subscriber," or "Licensee") and Characters as a Service / Immersive Operating Layers ("CaaS," "we," "us," or "our"). Use of the Service by any business entity constitutes acceptance on behalf of that entity and its authorized representatives.
All AI characters, personas, system prompts, response logic, immersive experience layers, digital art assets, voice models, animation states, gamification skins, curriculum modules, and operating layer architectures available through the Service (collectively, "CaaS IP") are the exclusive intellectual property of Characters as a Service / Immersive Operating Layers.
Character Identities: Pilot The Plane™, Larry The Lot Lizard™, Dubi From Dubai™, Lovable™, and all other named AI characters—including their visual identities, behavioral personas, dialogue patterns, response structures, and branded operating modes—are proprietary trademarks and trade secrets of CaaS.
AI System Architecture: The underlying prompt engineering, character intelligence layers, immersive mode logic, ANIM sync engines, tier enforcement systems, voice rendering pipelines, and subscription enforcement mechanisms are proprietary and confidential.
Digital Art & Media: All video assets, animations, character renders, immersive entry experiences, gamification skins, and branded visual content are protected by copyright.
No license, right, title, or interest in any CaaS IP is transferred to you through use of the Service beyond the limited license expressly granted in Section 3.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, CaaS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely through CaaS's authorized cloud environment.
Scope of License: This license permits you to: - Interact with licensed AI characters through the CaaS platform interface - Deploy licensed characters within your authorized business context as described in your subscription plan - Display character-generated content to your authorized end users through CaaS-approved embed channels
Cloud-Only Operation: All AI character processing, prompt resolution, voice rendering, immersive experience logic, and operating layer intelligence execute exclusively on CaaS cloud infrastructure. No character logic, system prompts, or operational intelligence is transmitted to or executable on any external infrastructure.
Subscription Tier Restrictions: Access to specific characters, immersive modes, digital art systems, and operational modules is gated by your active subscription tier. Attempting to access features beyond your authorized tier is a material breach of these Terms.
Embed Authorization: Deploying CaaS characters on external domains requires explicit domain whitelisting under your subscription plan. Unauthorized embedding constitutes a breach of these Terms.
