What our AI characters may and may not be used for, the categories of business we will not serve, and how enforcement works.
This policy applies to everyone who uses Characters as a Service — subscribers, their staff, their customers, pop-up operators, storefront owners and visitors. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Breaching it is grounds for immediate suspension.

An operator's own licence does not unlock online ordering for these categories here. Ordering is disabled on our servers, not merely hidden in the page.
Characters built for children are for early learning, comfort and family retail only. They will not discuss drugs, violence, sexual content or profanity, they do not collect personal information from children, and they never make clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic claims. Anyone directing a children's character toward adult or restricted material loses access immediately.
You may not state or imply that a character is human, that results are guaranteed, that prices or stock exist when they do not, or that an outcome was achieved when it was not. Example figures must be labelled as examples.
We may warn, restrict a feature, unpublish a page, suspend an account or terminate a licence — proportionate to the breach and immediate where there is risk of harm or legal exposure. Serious matters are reported to the relevant authority.
Report abuse to info@charactersasaservice.com. Include the page address and what you saw. We review reports of harm to a minor, credible threats and illegal sales first, ahead of everything else.
